The Dr. was excellent in his procedures, my kids did not get stressed at all. This is the third dentist we have been to because of my children being traumatized. He was great. The downfall to this office, is they make you pay before your insurance pays. If there are any refunds due, it takes months to get your money back.

Our daughter had to get crowns on her teeth. Dr. Kapur was very sensitive in trying to get her to not panic and feel at ease. He also took the time to explain to us what he would be doing. We would definitely continue going to him but he's not in MetLife. :(

We drive from downtown Phoenix so that our youngest child can be treated by Dr. Kapur. We are very impressed by his work and sensitivity to our son.

Dr. Shashi Kapur is amazing with what he does and how he treats his children during procedures. Dr. Kapur makes sure that the child is never pressured and involvesthe parent/s every step. It's always a positive experience for my now 5 year old. Good thing he opened a West side office. He is the best for kids and maybe even adults can learn from him.

Dr. K. and his staff have treated both of my children and have always made going to the dentist something that my daughter actually looks forward to. From the lobby, complete with a large-scale train that runs the perimeter of the ceiling, and video games with relaxing aquarium, to the exam room, the atmosphere is comfortable for children and adults. Dr. K. has a very friendly tone that keeps the kiddo's at ease while still communicating any successes/concerns with their parents. I wish my childhood dentist had been Dr. K !

Dr. Kapur is awesome. My children love him. My son had to have 5 caps on his teeth done and he says Dr. Kapur is his favorite doctor. His office is also very cute with a running train and Nemo fish tank.

I can't say enough about Dr. Kapur and his staff. He treated all three of my children (3, 4, 7) as if they were little people, not like babies. My youngest had to have a surgical procedure that would have been traumatic to her, but Dr. Kapur made her feel at ease and she had very little pain. I wish he treated adults!!!

Dr. Kapur has treated all three of my children. We began seeing him after another dentist terrifed my second child horrendously! 11 years later and she still has fears of dentists. Anyone except Dr. Kapur that is! He is fabulous with the kids and really cares that they have a good experience. He is greatly concerned that the kids are treated well and then they will therefore seek good dental care for the rest of their lives! He and his staff are simply stated...THE GREATEST!!! We love Shasi Kapur!
