He is very arrogant and butchered my 2 1/2 year sons mouth and teeth. He tried to perform a procedure that should he should have referred us out to because he did not have the equipment to do so. He did a poor job and my son suffered greatly. Please do not go here. There are many other quailty dentist that I am sure you could fine much better and professional
About Front Desk: The front staff was pleasant but could only do so much since they anwer to Dr. Brenke who controls them. I feel sorry for them

This was the worst experience ever. As a health care provider myself I was very disappointed with their customer service. My son is 2 and this was his first visit to dentist. We arrived 15 min early as requested (7:45am). to fill out new patient paperwork. We were not even called back to exam room until 8:45 am. Then we were asked about whether he takes any medication or has any health issues. I was glad to refer her to chart right in front of her which I filled out when I arrived and since I was waiting for 45 min I figured the chart was reviewed.
Needless to say I am annoyed at this point and my son who is 2!!!!! is lossing patience. By 9 am the nurse came back in to tell me the dentist woukld be another 1/2 hour so if I had to leave for work I should make another appointment.
Yeah right. The facility is beautiful I must agree but to have a new patient with a 2 year old wait for 1 hour 15 min and then tell me it would be another 1/2 hour, I call that poor customer service. How dear they think I would even come back to this place.
My time is money and if you value your time and want on time or even reasonable on time service DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We left after 1.5 hr without even seeing the dentist.

My children absolutely love going to "Dr. Brenke's place". The whole staff has been very personable and helpful. Lots of smiles everytime we go! Actually, my kids never want to leave when they're done. I have to drag them out the door - absolutely mortifying but, then again, that's the best kind of problem to have about your dentist, right? I highly recommend this pediatric dentist.

My 10 year old daughter has been going to Dr Brenke since he was at a previous office, and we were so pleased when he opened his own office. He goes above and beyond to put her at ease and make the dentist appointment an enjoyable experience. When she was 7, she fell and broke out her front tooth on a friday evening. I called his emergency number, and he left a baseball game to come in and repair her tooth. I cannot say enough good things about him- I recommend him to all of my friends.

Dr. Brenke is great with my children. He is very personable and truelly enjoys children. My youngest child is very scarred of the dentist and does not want anyone to mess with his teeth. Dr. Brenke is very patient in dealing with my child and is very understanding. I will continue to take my children to Dr. Brenke

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Brenke. He's the best. My kids have seen him since they were 2 and 3.

My twins love Dr. Brenke, they have been under his care since he joined Kidz AM Dentistry. Unfortunately, they are 16 now and have to move to an adult dentist, but if you are in need of a great children's dentist...he should definitely be your choice. I never had to fight with either of them to go to the dentist, they never experienced any pain, and they have beautiful teeth!!

My kids LOVE Dr. Brenke and his staff!! I have been taking them both there since they were 2 years old. I believe in starting them early and gradually so that they are familiar with everything and aren't frightened. They are not 9 and 11 years old and both enjoy going to the dentist.

Dr. Brenke is a great dentist, and I would continue taking my kids to see him because of it. He is soft spoken, funny and gentle. The only problem is their office staff. They have one gal that works for them that couldn't get facts straight, and Krista Kelly the office manager is a monster to deal with. Just have your pediatrician fax in any referral letters before you call and make appointments - several months ahead - or you will have the dragon woman to deal with.
Other than that, my kids do enjoy going to see Dr. Brenke. My daughter keeps telling me how she loves the place which looks like a cross between a mad science lab and a video arcade.
