If I could give ZERO stars I would! Wow has it changed! We will never bring our children back to this dental office. They used to have a wonderful staff, but now you are lucky to get the answering machine to even leave your message. Dr. Rick seemed aggravated with my questions and in a rush. The female assistant is inexperienced and NOT even good with kids. If you are looking for a peds dentist this is NO longer the place.

Dr. Rick was especially kind to my 14 month old son who has early childhood cavies. Dr. Rick took the time to explain each step he was taking in the exam process and also took the time to explain his findings in detail. I am so happy to have found Dr. Rick. He is such a great Ped Dentist!

I have known Dr. Penman for 20 years. He is a very kind person and very professional. He made my kids laugh and have a very enjoyable first trip to the dentist.

We moved to the area three years ago. I have a very fearful daughter who I have taken to three pediatric dentists in the area. I finally got a recommendation to go and see Rick and Marta Penman. They make the experience so great and all three of my daughters want to go to the dentist all of the time. Totally recommend.

Dr. Penman made my grand daughter's first visit to dentist very pleasant. I will be taking her back this week. She will get first x-rays. I am sure he'll be just as gentle and will explain to the child as well as me, what he is going to do. One step at a time. Office accepts our insurance and I do nothing other than show up for appointment.
