Wonderful, sweet, educated, helpful. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Shaheedy or this facility.

DR. SHAHEEDY WAS GREAT. MY SON IS 6 YEARS AND HE HAD TO HAVE A TOOTH PULLED. SHE WAS GREAT WITH HIM I TRULY WOULD REFER HER TO ANY FAMILY. IM ONLY TAKING THE TIME TO WRITE THIS BECAUSE IT WENT SO SMOOTH AND WE ALL KNOW HOW TOUGH IT IS WITH A CHILD GOING TO THE DENTIST. SHES IS FANTASTIC WITH KIDS.

Dr. Shaheedy and her staff are very kind and pleasant. Nice environment for the kids. My daughter has never cried!
My only suggestion is to do something with the front office/lobby area. Looks worn and tired. A fresh coat of paint can make a lot of difference.

I took my 5 year old daughter to see Dr. Shaheedy because she was highly recommended to me by another parent. The office was kid friendly with an active choo-choo train that kept my daughter entertained. Other toys and books were plenty. The receptionist was friendly and took all my information and explained the exam fee. We were taken into the individual patient room within 10 minutes time. The rooms were clean and had a tv showing a disney movie. My two-year-old daughter who also came with us was intrigued with the cartoon characters and pictures of all the Dr.'s patients on the walls . The technician was friendly and took quick x-rays and talked her through the procedure. The Dr. was caring and gentle as she talked my daughter through what she was doing. Unfortunately for us, my daughter had to have extensive work done including two baby-root-canals. We came back for that procedure two weeks later. It was extensive dental work, and the receptionist was keeping me updated on my daughter's status every ten minutes or so. They wheeledchaired my daughter out and the Dr. gave me a full report on the outcome. The tech. wheeled her down to my car and even carried her into her carseat. It was better than I expected

Daughter's first visit to Dr. Shaheedy was a great success, despite daughter's worries. Dr. Shaheedy is kind and gentle, and was very patient with daughter. Her manner was professional and non-judgmental. She treats only children, the whole office is very kid-friendly with kid-sized exam chairs. Waiting room clean and organized. We paid privately and I found the cost to be reasonable. Dentist showed daughter how to brush using a puppet. Daughter loved the model train running from the ceiling, a good distraction! I recommend her to everyone who asks and am happy to have found such a wonderful dentist for my kids.

Great Dentist!
The staff is really friendly and you don't have to wait a long time for an appointment. You call today and you have an appointment next day if not the same day. I love them.

Dr. Shaheedy and her staff are the best childrens dentist i have found. I worked in the dental field for over 10 years as an assistant and have nothing but praise for Dr. Shaheedy and her office.
My daughter is 8 years old now and has seen Dr. Shaheedy since she was 3. The atmosphere in the office is totally centered around children and making them comfortable.
My daughter is always treated as though she is the patient and not just being brought in by Mom. This has lead to my daughter feeling responsible for her dental care independently.

I took my two boys 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 to see her. My 2 1/2 year old was nervous so I let them see my older son first. They said he had two cavities that needed filling.
When it was time to see my youngest one the staff and the doctor did nothing to alleviate his anxiety. They were impatient with him and the result was a forceful quick inspection in his mouth.
The staff informed me that I had to pay extra out of pocket if I didn't want the fillings to show. They also asked me to fill out a consent form for the sedatives they would use on him to calm him down for the procedure. I decided to visit another Pediatric dentist by the name of James Yee in Reseda. Wow what I difference!
I don't recommend Dr. Shaheedy at all.
Dr. Yee billed everything to my insurance I didn't have to pay any thing out of pocket and they were so friendly, they didn't need to use sedatives either.

We are completely impressed and satisfied with Dr. Natalie Mansour who works with Dr. Shaheedy. Dr. Natalie was gentle and very imformative. She was very professional and explained the enitre procedure. We are glad to make the 60+ mile trip to visit Dr. Mansour because we are very confident of her work.
