Toys are all broken in lobby, very dirty, smells - this is a sign that what matters is money, not patients!

Dr. Berryhill and her staff are beyond what I had hoped for in my daughter's dental experience. She absolutely LOVES going, and bugs me about making her next appointment. The staff is friendly, helpful, and the perfect choices for making a dental experience exceptional for kids and their nervous parents.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Berryhill, and she is our choice despite her not being on our insurance. She's worth every penny.

The hygenist is so sweet and really helped my 4 yo son feel comfortable. Dr. Berryhill is awesome and also very nice and takes time to explain everything. I do however have 2 very negative comments. 1 - the front desk staff is NOT friendly, there is definitely an edge to their attitude 2- this office does not schedule afternoon appointments for kids under 8 yo. This means they expect me to take my kindergartener out of school for a simple teeth cleaning. No way!!! I don't care if it's an "excused" absence, this policy is ridiculous.

My children see Dr. Berryhill and they love her. I have never been more at ease in a dentist office as I am in her office. We will continue to see her until she sends us somewhere else. The office staff are also very wonderful, as well as the hygenists.
