Dr. Jelmini and his staff are AWESOME with my kids! I have complete trust with him and his dental hygienists. They truly care and watch out for my kids. They explain all their recommendations and are happy to answer questions. The kids have the greatest experience even when there's tough dental work. Jelmini's staff really comforts them. We have to hide the appointment cards from the mail because when the kids see them, they can't wait to go. I can't forget the appointment gal! She makes are visits happen. All 4 of the kids get scheduled together without problems. Thank you guys!

All 3 of my children see Dr. Jelmini, I wouldn't have it any other way, this office is wonderful! My children love going to the dentist the whole staff is great! I definitely would recommend this office to everyone that is looking for a great pediatric dentist!!!!
About Front Desk: All of the staff is extremely kind they go out of there way to make sure my children are comfortable. Always on time in the 5 years I've been there we have never waited longer then 10 mins to be seen! They are amazing!

Been going to Dr. Rick since I can remember and wouldn't go anywhere else. Really though, you can't beat the facilities and I've never had a problem.

My child was seen by 2 other Dentists (and had terrible experiences with both due to fears) before referred to Dr Jelmini. My child has been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety so this increased the intensity of her fears with the whole dental experience. However, from this first time that my child met Dr Jelmini and his staff ... it has been & remains to be a very pleasant experience. Dr Jelmini is a very pleasant, calm, peaceful individual whom cares for his patients and it shows. I highly recommend Dr Jelmini for Pediatric Dentistry.

Not a good experience. His customer service is awful along with his staff. He doesn't see you. We had an emergency, and they did not see us. So we went to another dentist. Our next trip back to his office, they were all over us for going somewhere else. His work is good, but his service is beyond poor.

Dr Jelmini is always patient and kind. He will explain thoroughly any concerns. Our two boys have no anxiety when faced with an appointment. Well, except for the taste of the fluoride. The waiting room is very kid friendly and the staff is always very friendly and courteous.

They need some serious customer service training for their staff. Very negative experience. Insurance company agrees to pay what is ordinary and customary, supposedly, their contract states they would accept that amount, however that is not the case. Go some where else!

EVEYONE IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY NICE......MY SON IS FIVE AND WAS EXTREMLEY HAPPY, SAYS HE CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AND THE DENTIST WAS VERY NICE!!!

Dr. Jelmini was excellent with my kids. I was very cautious with my two year old getting her cavity filled, but he made it very reasuring for my daughter and myself. I was sitting down and he kneeled down to my level to talk to me and was very thorough and made sure I understood everything he was saying. He was also great with my daughter, which made her feel more comfortable. I would reccomend him 100%!
