Dr. Charles Low is a very nice Orthodontist and tells you every thing he is going to do before he actually does it. He even tells the patient what he is going to do and why he is going to do it. He doesn't use novacane but, you won't need it at all. He does every thing so gently that it doesn't hurt a bit.{ Well, mabey it hurts a little bit} He even has monthly Rafles and gives away GameBoys and stuff like that. Each time you go to their office, they will give you ticket so you can put it in the bucket and wait to see if you will win the grand prize. The staff is very friendly and reminds you when your next appoint ment is the day before the apointment is. All in all i think that Dr. Charles Low is the best Orthodontic in California!
