This is a factory and Lempert takes no time to address the needs of the child. She wanted to FULLY SEDATE my child to have a cavity filled. I took my daughter to my dentist and he filled it using a topical anesthetic (no shot) using a laser (no drill). Clearly Lempert is not skilled with modern dental techniques and has no patience or sensitivity to the needs of children. If you love your children, run from this horrible dentist.

Lynn Lempert is really expensive - she knows what she is doing, but she wants your money more than anything else. It is really cruel to give the bills she gives. Your child's teeth might be ok, but what good does that do if you can't afford to feed them after seeing the dentist. One visit landed a $6000.00 bill. Her estimate was much less.

I've taken my children to Dr. Lempert for routine cleanings, but the moment my child needed treatment (filling), her demeanor changed. The staff became rude. Dr. Lempert herself seemed nervous. She refused to do the work unless my child was fully sedated. Needless to say, we found another dentist to finish the work, and have since learned that Dr. Lempert's office equipment is severly outdated. I will never bring my children to her office again.

She is just wonderful.....my daughter had a horrible experience when she was two....needed a root canal, we were referred to Dr. Lempert, she was amazing, my daughter loves her and is not afraid anymore.

Lovely and friendly - my daughter began seeing her when she was 4 and she now loves going to the dentist (getting to watch tv and pick out a toy PLUS get a new toothbrush and other goodies is all part of it). All the staff is friendly, professional and great with kids.
My only issue with them is that they overcharge insured patients - I have Delta and we should be completely covered but they wouldn't/couldn't tell me at the time of the visit what it would cost and then wanted me to pay more. I'm complaining to Delta but so far haven't gotten any satisfactory response from Dr. Lempert's office. By the way, we see her in Santa Monica on 7th st - don't know if she has an office Wilshire as well.
