My sons have only been to Dr. Monti once - she and the staff are very friendly and seem to be very caring and compassionate. The office is kid friendly - decorated in jungle theme. There are tvs over each chair and the office is very bright and open (lots of windows). One of my boys has to go back for treatment - I will update after that appointment
