I trust my children with Dr. Adams and his team completely. They take time to educate myself and my children. They obviously care about making sure their patients learn good habits they can benefit from as adults. I refer as many people to him as possible.

I used to love this office. Lately, I notice the staff is always changing and the place looks shabby. The headsets do not work and the staff is rude. Even the hygnenists are not gentle They are trying very hard to get you to see Dr Adams to the point of really being forceful. I don't know if Dr Adams is sick, retiring or just over booked. He is the only DDs I like there so we may leave this practice...

Services are Deteriorating!
Both of my kids have been with Dr Adams for many years. In the beginning, the services had been great but lately in the past few appointments, I found that the staff services started to deteriorate to unacceptable. First, when they were cleaning my daughter's teeth, they cut her gum that later developed infection. Second, the filling Dr Adams did fell off a week later. And I also found that the front-desk staff weren't that as respectful and polite as before.

He is a very nice and caring dentist. My daughter saw him for her first time dental visit.

Dr. Adams office is very poorly ran. My son was referred to his office by CCS. After a LONG wait, we made the 4 hour trip to his office. They had been informed in detail regarding many facts, including a full history and the fact that he wore braces. They were even asked if we needed to wait until braces were off. I was told no. After making the trip, found out that indeed they do have to be off.
Then to add insult to injury, his office continues to bill me for something they had agreed to accept as full payment from CCS. My letter to them about this went unanswered, as did my phone call.
The treatment success posting above is n/a as we had no treatment. The entire experience was extremely negative.
I would recommend extreme caution in dealing with this office.

Dr. Adams performed lasar gum surgery on my son due drug induced overgrowth of his gums from taking Cyclosporine. I will come back and post an update when further results are evaluated.

I look for 4 ped. dentists before settling with dr. adams. Can't say enough good thig about him. He has the ability to calm my kids that they will continue witht the TV on the ceiling even after a pre-molar has been extracted. No screening, crying...

This doctor puts the child's well-being ahead of any treatment. He cares for the entire child. He also takes time to explain treatment options and dental problems in careful detail that is easy to understand. He has a sense of humor and speaks first directly to the child. He is very respectul of children. He is interested in providing the least intrusive procedures.
