We love Dr. Ligh. We use him and his office for our two boys, who never worry about going to the dentist. They are very gentle, have great distractions and use sedation when appropriate.

Dr. Ligh and Dr. Fridgen are my daughters pediatric dentist. When we were new to the area, a friend said they found Dr. Ligh from a referral because her 3 year old had to have several teeth extracted. He heard he was so gentle and understanding, that we tried him out. I love everything about his office. Their staff is top notch from the receptionist, to the assistants, and the the billing people. What a great place. He and Dr. F. always treat the kids and me with the greatest respect like we are old friends. We love you guys!

My children have been going to Dr. Ligh for 4 years and the care is great. The office is clean and high tech. The staff are professional and very kid-friendly. Dr. Ligh and Dr. Fridgen are both warm and knowledgeable. I would recommend them both.

I have gone to many dentists in the area and have had dentists FIND work on my children's mouth. Dr. Ligh has provided honest evaluation and quality work. I have paid out of network fees just so that I can continue to have my children see Dr. Ligh.

Dr. Ligh is a good dentist for those kids who have cavities. For those kids who see him on a 6 mo recall, his hygienists (RDH) aren't thorough. For 4 1/2 years I watched the RDH's clean my daughter's teeth and every one of them missed certain areas. It wasn't until I took my daughter to another dentist where I discovered there were pockets of plaque left on my daughter's teeth after having visited Dr. Ligh's office in the same week. I promptly transferred my daughter's records to the new dentist. Dr. Ligh's sealants are $20.00 more expensive, his cleanings are also equivalent to an adult's cleanings and the visits are rushed. One visit took a total of 20 minutes and my daughter was 5 at the time. The turnover rate for RDH's is high; you won't see the same one the next time. Front office is okay, but slow to make appts. Dental insurance billing was never a problem. Dr. Ligh is nice, but not personable.

I take my two children to Dr. Ligh and his associate, Dr. Frigden. Both dentists work really well with the kids, letting them know what to expect ahead of time. The office has an open setting, whereas all the dental chairs for routine exams are in one room, with four ancillary rooms with sliding glass doors for more involved work. It's amazing that with this open environment it is extremely rare to hear a child put up a fuss. My daughter has had numerous fillings and two extractions starting when she was three years old, and seven years later is fine with going to the dentist. Note that I first took my daughter to a different dentist for a check-up when she was three. He strong-armed her and had her crying. I immediately changed to Dr. Ligh and she's been fine ever since. The facilities are very clean and modern (they just moved a few years back) and the office staff is efficient. There are t.v.'s in the ceiling with earphones so the kids can watch a movie while having work done. The downside is that he is a very popular dentist, so appointment scheduling can be a pain. We've also had long waits a few times.

I've been going to Dr. Ligh since i was about 4 and i'm now 23. He's the best Dentist a guy could ask for. I'll go there as long as he'll let me. (since i'm not exactly a kid anymore)
