This Dentist is amazing. I have a special needs son and he is the only Dr. able to work on him without putting him out. My daughter is a teenager and also really likes him. You do have to specifically ask for Dr. Mike as there are other dentists in his office who are good but if you have a very sensitive child then get Dr. Mike for the first time.

Dr. McCartney became my pediatric dentist after some really bad experiences with dentists. In fact, I went to him until I was 21! Now my children go to him. He makes going to the dentist a positive expeirence and not scary. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and I know I can trust that it is clean and my children will be well taken care of! My son actually asks to go to the dentist (even after he had a filling).

McCartney's practice, skill, experience, and superb kid+parent bedside manner is refined to an art form. The staff service rivals Nordstroms. Work well with sizable billings and directly answer all insur, fin'l, services-provided FAQs. They never avoid answering, never give a 'run around'. Both Thill + McCartney at that clinic are the cream of our County's pediatric DDS crop. We were referred by our own dds, when it was clear our youngster inherited family genetics that would eventually require much dds/orthodontia. They are conservative, not aggressive, not lazy or passive in providing service. They know what is cutting edge of contemporary care, but leave choices up to you. The xray room and staff is kid-friendly and kid-savvy, not scary. It's the best to sit beside our youngster's chair while he's being treated. Kid-comfort and care is foremost with them!
