I took my daughter here several times over two years, and each time my daughter became more and more fearful of the dentist. On our last visit I expressed my concerns to Dr. Stimmel who told my daughter to get over it, and then I was asked to wait in the waiting room while she had her teeth cleaned. This was the last time we ever set foot in that place. She also charges $30 for oral hygiene instructions and that is not covered by dental insurance. We now see Dr. Wilson, and my daughter is no longer scared of the dentist, and he doesn't charge anything for oral hygiene instructions.

My children (2) had bad experiences with their office for their teeth treatment. Their facility is nice, but the front desk and or billing is a nightmare. can never get the insurance right...billing wrong codes and overcharging for contracted procedures with insurance company. My kids basically said they wanted a new dentist...that along with countless billing calls. Dentist (Stimmel) is kind of tough with kids, pretty surprised she actually works with kids.

The doctors and staff are amazing with the kids. My kids love going to the dentist!

Dr Stimmel has cared for my children from 2 years old. She has made going to the Dentist FUN. They look forward to their check ups

Hands down the absolute best dentist! My kids are never scared and she honestly cares.

took my daugher to the office for proceedure, was not greeted, simply was asked who my child was. when my child went back for treatment, the person who did so, did not acknowledge me in any way whatsoever. my child got to look in the prize drawer after treatment but was not allowed to pick something out (who teases a kid like this). Some in the office were nice, others were more than happy to talk down to me and treat me like the village idiot. I will NEVER take my child here again. The staff (other than the dentist) have little to no skill in how to communicate with adults and assume everyone coming in has no idea about how to take care of their mouths. If you want to be treated like a child, patronized and talked down to, this is the place for you. I'd rather pay full price, out of pocket and be treated with some bit of respect than to step foot in this unprofessional atmosphere ever again.

Agressive with children. Had to sign a restraint form. My son who is 6yrs old has never been scredof the dentist...he is now. We had one visit and will never go back. i was asked ot leave the room whislt trying to confort him he was so scared. We have never been back!
