This is not a pediatric dentist this is a tyrant who could not deal with adults in the corporate world anymore, he figured he could be in charge of children. He is rude and does not make the parent or child feel comfortable at all, we went for 2 appointments and I would tell anyone do not go to this office or doctor not worth the stress, rudeness or horrible memories your child will have. Dentist volunteer and care for less fortunate people, this dentist needs a lesson in humanity.

Worked with a very sensitive child for years. No issues, performed all unusual procedures well and routine ones fine too. Staff helpful and great with young children

The best dentist for nervous kids. “Dr. Scott" makes my kids, aged 8 and 10 years, feel safe and at ease. He jokes with them and always makes them laugh (not a simple task when a child is apprehensive!). He is very professional and seems extremely competent. The most important things to me are that he is thorough, competent and communicates well. He also does not try to “upsell" office advertised gadgets or unnecessary treatments. Kids can choose a video to watch during treatment to distract them and put them at ease and after treatment can choose a small toy to take home. The exam rooms are decorated with children in mind. I always accompany my children and remain in the room during treatment. These things all serve to make visiting the dentist a lot more pleasant for everyone. The hygienists are friendly and competent as well, very important as they show the children how to properly brush and then perform the regular cleanings, followed by Dr. Bialik's exam. To date, my experiences with this dentist have been very positive.

Dr Scott has been taking care of my 2 children for a few years. Last year my husband lost his job and we also lost our insurance. I was embarrassed to talk to Dr Scott about it, he told me that we were "family" and that he did not want my children to not get care because of our finances. Since then we have had cleanings and fillings and nothing has changed. My husband has a new job but we do not have ins. It is nice to know that there are still decent people in the world.

Every time I brought my girls to our old dentist, we were never allowed int the room and she always found new cavities. After there last exam, my husband got suspicious.
Then we tried Dr. Scott. Funny how after Dr Scott did an exam and xrays, there weren't any cavities!
Dr Scott and his staff were very thorough and caring. They took there time to explain things to us and we cannot thank them enough.
About Front Desk: The front ladies were able to look up our insurance and tell us exactly how much our ins was going to pay.

I was very apprehensive about my son’s first visit. The staff was very welcoming and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Dr.Scott was wonderful to my son and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely made the right choice. I have never come across a dentist with more patience and caring then Dr Scott

About Front Desk: The staff offered to wait and bill the difference after Delta Ins pays. That way I did not have to lay out all the money in advance. All dental offices should be like this one

Dr. Bialik did not even say hello to my 6 yr old daughter when entering the rm for 9:30am appt. Talked about his allergies & made a political remark.Crossed her arms over her chest & moved her up int he chair(he could have askd her to move) waived the instruments in front of face too quick to see them-he lost her at this point. He started to work & she bit down-he reminded her very sternly that those were his fingers not to bite, she started to cry. He started to work again she bit down & he wrenched her mouth open and yelled. I said we're done, he said we're done, I said yes-he got up and walked out. In his office he said we did nothing & the spot will turn into a hole on her tooth. What kind of professionalism is that..I could see he was so angry he couldn't even talk-its only 9:30am. Should not be dealing with the public if thats how he behaves. People lets remember Drs are people & don't know everything-we are in charge of our children & know them-you don't have to do whatever they say-they are not always right & obvisouly this man doesn't know how to behave with children or adults.

I had a terrible experience there. I felt Dr Bialik wasn't gentle or calming at all. While my Scared 2 yr old was having his teeth checked, my son was biting down to get the dentists Hands out of his mouth. So Dr Bialik thought it was appropriate to shake my sons head and shout at him to stop biting him.my son didn't move after that from shock. He never apologized and this was way out of order. I will NEVER step in his office again. My son was traumatized . Very very very unprofessional for someone who specializes in dealing with children.
