I saw Dr. Ramirez for Gum disease treatment, so he did deep cleaning in 2 session, 1st session was OK, but, second session, I asked him about how fast the gum with regenerate & I was concerned that it would be slow, so, he said it will not be the same as before, I told him, I don't want it to be the same, I want it to be healthy, he said, it can't be the same & he kept going on & on & after he was done with the 2nd session, I noticed that he did not remove enough swollen parts of the gum, so, I gave it 2 days & it was still swollen, so I called him asking for a review, he said there is NO POSSIBILITY he made a mistake & I have to give it time, I told him, it's swollen red & does not look like it's responding to the treatment, so he kept dening any possibility that it may be a mistake he made & kept going on & on, the guy is very unprofessional, does not give you time, worst follow up ever & every time you ask any question about anything HE GETS DEFFENSIVE!!! worst dentist I ever seen.

The facility is nice and clean and equipment seems to be newer.
The Doctor is good for adults.
He doesn't explain much about what's going on , but the
treatment turns out fine. You can get a crown while you wait. That's neat!
When I experience a little pain and he told me to "hang on" .
The front girl is very good and really helps you understand what you need and how the insurance will work. She does all the footwork before you arrive! Before you leave she gives you everything in writing , and goes over it with you so you'll know what to expect. Ask for her, not Germaine.
The dental assistant might be new i couldn't understand her sometimes
Prices are alright. Location is esy to find. Appointments are easy to get too.
