I found Dr. karol AND his staff to be very personable and knowledgable. I am quite satisfied with this dentist and his office.

Receptionist was extremely rude. My work was done in a hurried mannor and my insurance did not pay as expected. Proper narratives were not prepared or submitted. Access to his locaton, parking etc. was VERY difficult. The doctor seemed more interested in his personal life and phone calls than me waiting for a long time in his chair. I wouldn ' t recommed him to anyone.

He was very nice and made my dental experience very warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend and continue myself to go to Dr. Karol. I truly felt as if I was the only patient around and that my procedure was very important to him and his staff, they made sure that i was at the upmost comfort as possible!!! Thanks so much for everything!!!
