Dr. Kobayashi was great... Unfortunately the dental hygenist in her office sucked!!! No empathy, no patience whatsoever... It was my 4 year old sons first time getting his teeth cleaned with the dental equipment, he began to fuss because he did not understand what the noise was, instead of being patient she asked him if it hurt and he said no, she then told him to stop making the noise because he is not being hurt. All she needed to do was explain what she was going to do rather than making him feel ashamed of being afraid. That was the last visit. Not happy at all with the hygenist (one of my coworkers kids had the same problem).
