Staff misstates costs and will not allow you to accompany your children in the treatment rooms. Also, office reported me to debt collectors after telling me not to worry about an amount I had disputed.

My daughter is terribly afraid of any health care professional. If you wear scrubs or the white coat she is not your friend. Period. The entire staff made her feel so comfortable. They were patient and kind. They talked to her in a way that she understood but was not condesending. They made her feel special. She still has some reservations about going to any type of doctor, but I could not have asked for a better experience. I recommend every parent I know with small children to see Dr. Perry and her entire team.

Dr. Perry and her staff are awesome. Her office is very comfortable and the people who work for her are truly a reflection of her and the patience and care she provides. My son has been a patient since the age of 2 and he's now 15 yrs old.

Dr. Perry is great!
She has been treating my son since age 5 and he's now 13yrs old. Her office is very comfortable and taylored to children and adolescents. Dr. Perry and her staff are very professional and customer service focused. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a pediatric dentist.

Dr. Perry and her staff are excellent and very attentive with the chlidren. The environment is kid friendly with flat screen t.v's in the patient's room! The kids love going to the dentist and enjoy the visit. She stresses preventive care and they love all the great accessories they receive....the cool toothbrushes and the prizes at the end of the visit. I wish she was my dentist 30+ years ago!

This dentist office has the BEST customer service. My three children have always feared the dentist but this office has made my children feel so relaxed and comfortable. We will be customers for a LONG time. It's very evident that your patients are important to you. Thanks the Flowers Family

My daughter is a long-term patient of Dr. Perry, and we have been happy until now.
Dr. Perry's office staff scheduled my daughter for a 3:30 pm appointment. We arrived on time. Certainly it is reasonable to expect a wait of 15-30 minutes but in this case the office assistant said there were 4 patients ahead of my daughter - at 45 minutes each that wait was approximately 3 hours - 2 hours at best. This length of wait was not only ridiculous, but the assistant lazily (!!), slowly, slowly ... said "you really have to expect this in a dentist's office." And speaking of the assistant, she didn't come to the front desk for some minutes after our arrival, because she was on a personal phone call.
Finally, Dr. Perry's waiting room is quite small, and because of the extreme wait periods it was full to overflowing with no seats left. Not to mention the fact that waiting in small enclosed patient areas is a great way to pick up an illness - especially when there are no seats and you are all practically hugging each other.
We love Dr. Perry's style and quality of care. It is unfortunate that these controllable adminstrative problems will keep us from coming back.

I have a son who has downsyndrome. Dr. Barrett-Perry and her staff take excellent care of him. They do not shun him as he can be a difficult patient. Dr. Barrett-Perry, takes her time and has an extra dose of patience. I am extremely happy to have her as my childrens' dentist. Additionally, my daughter fell and had to have her 2 front teeth removed. Dr. waited for me to get there and too extra care to easy my daughter of her fears. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Perry is the only pediadentist that administers "laughing gas" to not so easy to deal with children such as mine. She has been my son's dentist for about 2 years. She has a great since of humor and relates to childrent very well. Whenever there is an emergency you can expect that her staff will fit you in right away!
