Not thrilled with this place. I took my oldest there a few years ago, and they were really nice, punctual and let me stay in the room for her first visit. She was 5 at the time. I took my youngest there today she is three. When I got there they had not even looked at the paperwork I submitted to their website last week (forms). I waited forty five minutes before I got in the room. I don't know if you know how it works the first visit but parents accompany kids into the room. However, after taking her medical history the doctor walked out and saw another patient. The dental assistant asked me to leave. I told her I was uncomfortable with this and she went and asked the dds and he said no I had to leave. I asked to talk to him, and the dental assistant refused. Needless to say we walked out. I don't think that someone should tell me what is right for my children.
There are other experiences I have had with this office as well. They still use paper charting, the equipment is really outdated, the chairs are very old looking (like maybe when he first started practicing) and finally, they make you pay up front for a cleaning. In the past this annoyed me as with my oldest they told me that I had to pay the $200 and I would get a check b

I took all three of my children to Dr Crawford until we moved and the distance was to far. I was very pleased with his service and his help.

I have been to dr. Crawford's office 3 times to to regular clearning and are happy to have found a dentist we can trust. Although Dr Crawford's expertise includes more involved procedures, he does not push costly treatments. He and his staff are professional, very down to earth and great to work with. They care about their patients. Scheduling is very customer- friendly.

Great with kids! The office staff is very nice and supportive. No long waits either.
