Dr. Cavallino was wonderful until my son began fearing the dentist at age four. He whimpered in the chair, and Dr. Cavallino proceeded to get within and inch of his face and actually yell, "Stop it now!". As if that wasn't enough, we flew to Disneyworld for a spur of the moment trip, and I had my mother cancel his appointment for that day. When I called to reschedule, they told me that because I didn't cancel that appointment, I could no longer come there. It made my decision easy.
