I have 3 very active boys and Dr. Ficarelli has treated them since they were 3 years old! They LOVE going to see him!
My oldest has had to have many baby teeth "wiggled out" because they weren't coming out on their own. He has never had one complaint about pain or feeling a thing during these procedures! Dr. Ficarelli is a miracle doctor! He sings to his patients to put them at ease, he tells them jokes, and he makes things very easy for everyone! He explains everything he is going to do at the appointment, before he does anything! He welcomes all questions w/ easily understood answers.
All of his staff members genuinely love children and it shows!!! We are so grateful for Dr. Ficarelli and his wonderful office! I also know that my children are receiving state of the art treatment during every visit. I highly recommend Pediatric Dental Associates to anyone searching for the best care for their most precious gems....their children!

My son was going there for years then I realized every time I went there the staff changed. also the orthodontist isn't very nice . My kids started feeling very uncomfortable because of the changes. So I went some where else.Why is there staff changing so much it doesn't look good, or make the kids feel comfortable.not seeing the same face every visit.

My children have gone to Dr Ficarelli for many years and we are very pleased with his treatment, my son was very comfortable when he had his tooth "wiggled" he didnt even know it was out yet!

I first brought my youngest child to Dr Ficarelli when he was only 3, he's now 18 & has no intention on moving on to an adult dentist. (i don't blame him). My daughter and I have now brought her son/my grandson also at 3 to Dr Fic, so this is a multi-generational post of praise. He is the most patient, kind and understanding dentist that i've encountered. I only wish he would take this grammy on as a patient.

Simply the best pediatric dentist in the area. Knows how to deal with kids and makes a game out of getting them to co-operate.

When we moved to Boston 10 years ago, I had 1 child, a two year old, and needed to schedual a "baby's first dental appointment" in a town where we were new. My husband is a heart surgeon so he asked other doctors who they used for their kids, and Dr. Ficarelli's name came up repeatedly. Carol, who worked the front desk, was very reassuring. That was important to me because the prospect of dental work on me OR my kids gives me the willies!
Well the staff, facilities and doctor could not have been better. The doctor was patient with my son, Ben, AND with me and my many questions. An added bonus...he can talk like Donald Duck! I eventually had 5 kids, and EASY dental experiences all down the line. He always saw me promptly, and the waiting room was never crowded due to proper schedualing and NOT to light patient load! I now live in Houston and miss Carol and Dr. Ficarrelli. I wish I could have brought them with me, but since they refused to move YOU are the one in luck! I highly recommend both he AND his associates. He is located on Beacon Street, in Brookline, and I could always park easily. If you go to him because of this review, please tell him that Dr. and Mrs. Cohn, Ben, Betsy, Billy,Berto, and Christopher say "Howdy!"
