Dr. Simon is good to deal with herself, but I had a bad experience with the hygienist, Wendy. She has no business being in pediatrics! She talked rudely to my 4 year old and was holding him down when he tried to sit up because he was gagging. She reclined the chair back so far that you could see he was terrified. When she raised her voice and grabbed my son's hands, I told her I was not happy with the way this is going and that I wanted Dr. Simon. Then she looks at his chart and says he acted like this the last time he was here as well. The only thing he did the last time was not want to open his mouth after he felt a little pain from the cleaning which I think any 3 year old would do! The hygienst and Dr. Simon spoke nicely to him and then he cooperated again. That makes me mad that they would put something negative in his chart when he totally impressed me with his behavior that day! My son actually told me he was excited to go to the dentist today, now he says he's never going again, thanks to a nasty woman named Wendy who picked the wrong profession.

A wonderful young woman dentist who knows how to work with my child. Great sense of what works; highly professional; explains everything.
