Read Reviews for Dr. George Krull
Per Dr. Krull, "it's YOUR fault for not stopping the procedure" is what I was told when I addressed my child's painful and fearful experience. Pain, anxiety, fear...WHY did I not read the reviews before trusting this dentist with my child? I can't believe anyone, let alone a pediatric dentist, would scream and yell at a child having dental work completed. Children have never experienced these things before, so they should be treated with kindness and patience. I don't yell at my child, so he had no right to. I would suggest he work on his bedside manner or retire if he doesn't want to deal with children. As for my child, I now have the task of teaching her that she can trust a dentist and it doesn't have to be painful. As for myself, I have to get over hearing my child SCREAM that she is in PAIN and have the dentist SCREAM back at her (the door was shut by the way, so his other patients couldn't hear him screaming at my child). Obviously, I wouldn't recommend this dentist - no matter what age you are. How terribly disappointing that there are pediatric dentist's that don't understand a child's point of view.
About Front Desk: The ladies at the front desk, as well as his assistant, were extremely nice. Dr. Krull should mimic their behavior and perhaps his practice would be more successful.

He should NOT work with kids. From what I've seen and heard inside his office, he has zero patience. If you have a cavity, he will scream at you and make you feel like you're a pathetic loser or something awful like that. At my appointment, I overheard him screaming at and berating a child behind a closed door because she was scared of having the numbing shot. Then he came out and in a very condescending and judgmental manner, told me that there was no point in treating any of my teeth and that he should just pull all of them and make me wear dentures!!
Umm.... What?!
I went to him once only and then found myself a new dentist asap!

I made the mistake of bringing my kids here. When I first walked in, Dr. Krull was screaming at his employees....that really should have been my first clue to leave. It didn't get better from there. He was beyond terrible and we never went back. Please don't use this dentist....especially if you have small children. :(

Dr Krull is excellent! I have moved several times over 50 years and tried several dentists. I left for a short time because I tried a friend of a friend. We moved and I will still drive 30 minutes to see him.
He is excellent at what he does and very friendly.

He wasn't overly friendly toward my 3 year old son, at least in what I was expecting. I thought, being geared to children, he would be more friendly and patient. I think he may be reaching the last few years of his career.
I went once and have since taken my son elsewhere along with my now 3 year old daughter!

Although Dr. Krull obviously knew what he was doing and did it quickly, my daughter experienced high anxiety during her visits. Because of previous dental visits, she has a high phobia of dentists, and Dr. Krull confirmed her phobia even more. We will be looking for a new dentist who can better put her at ease and talk gently to her to ease her fears.
Other than that, the rest of the staff seemed friendly enough and patient when my DD's biological father took his time getting her dental insurance straightened out.
