I took my 4 year old son to Dr. O and felt the staff was caring and informative. They were also able to get my son to cooperate when he wouldn't for other people. I was disappointed at one time - my son had to have some cavities filled and although it WAS explained to me before hand that my son could be restrained, I was not informed at the time of restraint OR after the procedure that my son had been restrained. Other than that fact, I felt the whole experience was great.
