Read Reviews for Dr. Carolynn Wolff
Dr. Wolff was highly recommended to us. But we left after I learned from my son that she poked his gum without ever mentioning it to me. After we went to another dentist, we also learned that the fillings Dr. Wolff wanted to do were not necessary. But not before she'd already done 2 fillings on my daughter and 11 on my son, all on their baby teeth over the course of 2-3 years. I can only speculate how much of that was really necessary. Wish we left sooner. Cannot trust her or recommend her.

I'm glad I made the decision to take my son to Dr. Wolff's pediatric dental office. The office is so bright, fun, and inviting! From the minute we entered the waiting room my son was having fun playing with the variety of toys and he was so amused with her large colorful fishtank.
Dr. Wolff is so outgoing and gentle with the patients and her staff were all so friendly and helpful. I was really relieved when she took the time to sit down with me after the appointment and went over all my questions and concerns.
Our first trip to the dentist was great and my son had fun picking his own toothbrush, toothpaste, and prizes after the appointment. We are definately looking forward to going back!

Dr Wolff is a great dentist and her hygienists are well trained and good with kids.
We did have a problem with the office staff. They claimed to have mailed out a letter informing us that our insurance was dropped, however we never received any such notification. We were then told AFTER our next appointment, as we were walking out, that our insurance was dropped by the dentist.
Dr Wolff is a great dentist, but if you see her, it's up to you to verify she still takes your insurance. Don't count on any help from the staff.

Our three kids have seen Dr. Carolynn Wolff since their first dental check-up at 3 years old. Dr. Wolff has taken excellent care of them, her staff is efficient and friendly and her office is very comforting for kids.
I am an orthodontist in the area and just read the horrible review on 3/4/11 by a parent. I see hundreds of patients that Dr. Wolff cares for and I can say without any doubt in my mind that Dr. Wolff does an excellent job caring for her patients. I have never seen her deliver treatment to a patient without a legitimate reason and I think the parent of this child should consider what they need to do to care for their child's teeth more appropriately. The parent is correct that it is unusual to need a restoration every 6 months but that makes me more concerned about the child's home care than for the great care they are receiving from Dr. Wolff and her office.

I would not recommend Dr. Carolynn Wolff to anyone. Everytime we went to see her she found and filled cavities in my daughters baby teeth. She then found what she called a cavity in an adult tooth. My husband was with my daughter and didn't ask any questions, but said it was okay to fill. He then called me and it was too late she had already drilled the tooth. On the phone I asked Dr. Wolff how she found this cavity and she said, "I just noticed it on the tooth". I asked her if she verified it with an x-ray and she said, " I haven't even looked at thex-ray yet, but I will see if I can find it on there". Dr. Wolff became very defensive stating she would not put a temporary on, because I did not trust her. I told her to continue and finish the tooth, because I didn't want my child to have a partially completed filling. It was too late anyway the damage was done. I switched dentists and took the x-ray to the new dentist. I confirmed my suspicion that she was filling teeth that did not have true cavities. What kind of person would do this to innocent child just to make money??? I could not recommend Dr. Carolynn Wolff in Chesterfield, MO to anyone!!!

Dr. Wolff has taken care of my kids for 15 years. My kids were sad when they received a letter in the mail saying that they were too old to go to her (she is a pediatric dentist)! When my kids graduated to an adult dentist, he told us that they had beautiful teeth that were taken care of nicely (credit due to Dr. Wolff)! I would recommend this dentist to anyone. She is so nice and my kids loved going to her as a dentist.

I am 18 and have been going to Dr. Wolff almost all my life. I would highly reccomend her for your child. Everyone who works in the office is extremely nice and helpful. They are very good at making the experience fun, which can be hard to do for children. There are books to read, all sorts of games, fish to look at, and at every visit the patient is given prizes and stickers! i loved going to Dr. Wolff's office as a child and am quite sad that i now have to move on to a non-pediatric office.

Dr. Wolff is an awesome dentist. After your child is done, she sits down with you as a parent and she talks to you about what your child can do better. She is extremely firendly and she has a wonderful staff.
