I agree regarding office demeanor. First after spending significant time not even being able to figure out if they took my insurance, they also stated I would not be allowed to accompany my small daughter. With all of the scary stories regarding female patients and dentists, I find this policy alarming. I'm choosing to pay out of pocket rather than take her to the only dentist who will provide the service under her insurance. A dentist who will not allow a parent to accompany a small female child is no one who will be allowed to treat my daughter!

My daughter has been a patient's of Dr. Thomas since she was 5. He has never gave us the warm and fuzzy feelings but has been fine in the past and took good care of her. Today my daughter went for a visit for a tooth ache which my mother took in her for. I was asked to call to speek to the Doctor after she visited him and he was very rude and did not offer good information about what was going on. Then my mother was speaking to him and he walked away from her and closed the door on her face which then upset my daughter and she ended up walking out crying. I DON'T APPRECIATE THIS!! This is supposed to be a childrens doctor's office and this is how we get treated....Will never be back.

My daughter had some mouth pain and had never been to a dentist. After some research we came across Dr. Thomas.
My daughters teeth needed some care including a couple of necessary caps.
Dr Thomas and his staff were patient and concerned about her comfort. He made her feel safe and taught her about taking care of her teeth in a way 4 year old's could relate to.
She just loves it there and his staff is great too!
I am so happy to have found him. Anyone looking for a great kid dentist be rest assured they will go out of their way to make your child feel good while teaching them how to be successful in dental hygiene.

Wouldnt recommend anyone other than Dr Thomas!!!!! My kids r no longer scared to go to the dentist! He is the best.

The staff is always rude which always surprised me because they are an office for children. I work for a Doctor myself and at our office we strive to make our patients and their family feel comfortable, They do not! Snotty attitudes are very unprofessional

Not a place I would tell any child to go. I got charged for xrays that were not done! The staff is very unkind and cold!

Staff is rude! They will not allow parents to accompany your child even if they are young. My child is 5 and nervous and dr. thomas wouldnt allow me to sit in the room. The staff very unprofessional and inexperienced!
The cleaning was terrible and rough on baby teeth! The doctor and stafff disliked answering questions reguarding dental health.
Save yourself go to a better place!!!

Dr. Thomas is a great dentist. He makes the kids feel safe. The number 1 dentist for kis in St. Louis MO
