HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
Doesnt care about the childs self image
very charismatic but dont expect to be able to contact him
in an emergancy!I used the emergancy contact # on my childs hospital release papers and instead of it being for him it was for a prior Dentist he worked for that had fired him.Thank God for that DR.or my child would have been in big trouble.When we confronted him about it he became
verbaly aggressiveand highly aggitated.He also did procedures he did not properly explain that he intended to do to our child,If he had we would not have let him come near our child. He also believes he can give a child high dosages of valuim even when the Pharmacy says its way to much for a child,yet if your child is in extreme pain he is horrible if you need a prescription for that!He does what he wants regardless of what the parents or child wants and you won't know untill its to late.

My daughter laughed and smiled. She still states she "wants to be like Dr. Frank". It was a wonderful first experience at the dentist for my 2 yr old.
