I have found the office to be exceelent for young children. Withthe exception of Dr. Long the staff is very personable and made both my son and I feel very comfortable. I felt that Dr. Long was very condesending to me as the parent and I certainly did not appreciate it. This has happened twice now. We will be seeing him soon for the third visit and if it happens again I am enacting the third strike and your out policy.

He has treated my four children and has been very good. His service is expensive. You pay more for quality.

This is brittany...doctor Long my teeth are beautiful thanks to you. I love them and cannot imagine braces ever again. Doctor Long is the best dentist ever!!

My children truly enjoyed the visit. I was thought this would be a stressfull thing for the kids and me, boy was I wrong between the happy and very informative staff and the xbox for the kids to play we all had a great time and learned a ton. By the way he has opened his own practice in 2003 in concord, he is no longer in charlotte.
