An amazing dentist. Fast, efficient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I hadn't taken any pain medication for years because of its ineffectiveness and the way the needle felt afterwards. Dr. Caoili got me to try again and his gentle touch has made me a new convert back to pain management.

During cavity fillings, he didnt give me anything for the pain and he knows i dont do well with pain but overall he is good because he makes you relaxed. He is very friendly. Out of all dentist i had, he is the best. He makes sure you are ok and that you are doing well. He talks to you to help you focus less on the pain. His helpers are also good. They are friendly and know what they doing. You dont have to wait long and when they call you in they start woking on you.

I was always afraid of dentists. Ray makes you feel relaxed and he will not pressure you if your tense..or uncomfortable with any procedure. My two girls love to see Ray, and his staff is very friendly. It all started with my sister seeing him..them my mom..the came my family..my brother follwed and now my cousin and his family are part of his patients....I give him 5stars.

Excellent customer service, treatment. Very professional. Performed my first root canal and did a great job.

The best dentist I've ever had! We live in the east bay, but travel to SF just to see him. My daughter is a scary child when it comes to Drs but Dr Ray made it so easy for her. She had cavity fillings and come out like nothing. How about that for a 4 yr old? He recommended me to a a great surgeon to get my wisdom teeth pulled. The staff is great, they make us feel like family when we go there! Overall hes a great caring Dr that doesnt forget your name!

He has wonderful chair-side manners and he really cares about his patients. I would recommend this dentist to anybody. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Caoili.

First rate dentist, showed my my cavitites in the TV. Upbeat and genuinely nice guy.

Dr. Caoili has been my dentist for the past 2 years. He takes the time to explain anything you might want to know. Emergency wise he is up to part aand will definitely see you the same day. All in all him and his dental crew are very nice and very helpful.

Teeth cleaning was very good. My teeth are very sensitive but I hardly felt anything. Good job!

Dr. Ray is up on all the latest technologies and uses modern equipment. He takes the time to answer any and all of my questions, does great work (my last teeth cleaning didn't take long and was pretty painless. I have gone to other dentists in the past who took a long time and really tore my gums up.)
Everyone is really friendly and I never feel like I am being rushed in & out. I also don't feel stressed anymore when going to the dentist!
