Horrible customer service. The waiting time is ridiculous and then the dentist doesn't even give the patient the time of day. All they want to do is keep re-scheduling you. The Facility has zero patience for kids. I would suggest you find another Dentist that is caring of our kids and will treat the parents with respect.

I was impressed with Doctor Berenbaum's Office. I noticed right away that Dr. Berenbaum has a high demand for excellence from his assistants while he is working. He commands order and efficiency. With that tone set, I was able to control my daughter and allow the doctor to do his work. The administrative staff is very good. The waiting area is very kid-friendly. I can't imagine going elsewhere. My daughter has been a patient for 5 years. She is 9 now.
