If I could give negative stars, I would.
Her quality of work is extremely poor, fillings falling out, crowns needing to be replaced, overcharged for work. I have so many regrets about trusting this dentist. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable dentist. Also pro tip: if you're looking for a dentist who commits tons of insurance fraud, this is your place.
I hope this serves a warning for anyone who even tries to step foot near her dental office chair, learn from my experience and save yourself a lifetime of problems.

Very nice people including stuff. Just keep talking to them and asking if anything unknown. Will help understand your insurance and all options. So far had no problems with anything.
P.S. also, they have a great view!

My family has been Marina's patients for 10 years. Sometimes you may have to wait for a little bit because she has a lot of patients and some of them are not very punctual. She has always done a great job for us. In my opinion she is a very good professional and I have no complaints. She is not the cheapest dentist in the city, but her prices are reasonable and she's very good.

It is normal, when unsatisfied customers leave negative feedback and satisfied don't bother leaving feedback. I just want to make sure this site is fair to Marina. I always had great experience and great treatment, much better that in several other dental clinics that I used to go before. That is why I stay with my dentist for many year. Very relaxing atmosphere, familiy-like treatment. Marina is Great. Receptionist is great. They really care about custoners, not about customers money, which is extremely rare. Thank you!

Dr. Zhalkovsky is very good dentist, the treatment that she provided was painless and it looks great. Natasha, her recepcionist is very helpfull, and always gets you in if you need to get in on a short notice.

This doctor is very inexpirienced, she consistently had to re-do the fillings on my bottom two teeth, the amalgam mercury fillings kept falling out, and as a result there was more decay developing. Avoid her at all costs.

I agree with two first reviews. You in pain all the time. Dentist are running from one chair to another and you waiting in the chair with open mouth. When she did cleaning it like you have electric shock. She didn't give time to numb you mouth.

I don't agree with previous reviewers. I did several major jobs in her office (root canal, 4-unit brigde) and all ended up with success. I also won't say that office is expensive, rather average. Their customer service is OK too. I'd rate it B+.
I'm quite picky and have attended several dentists in SF Bay area, but ended up going to Dr Zhalkovsky office. Reasons - I can always discuss my treatment and understand my options with this doctor. No pain and no problems with past treatments.
