I took my daughter here for a number of years and finally stopped. The staff turnover is large. Everytime I go there there is someone new and unfortunately it's getting worse. There are only a couple of people who have been there longer than a year. All of the staff have left to work for other dentists who use to work there. That should say enough. Also, I found out that I had a substantial amount of credit to my account and was not told this. I would not recommend this place.

The doctor seems very nice. She was a bit impatient with my sons reaction and insisted on him being "put under" at a hospital. I have dual insurance and I still had to pay a co-pay, the fees are really high, then the refund took 4 months to get back. The woman at the front desk is really nice and my kids like her a lot, Melissa or Michele(?) There is another girl when you check out and she is a little unpleasant, for example you don't mean anything to her unless you book another appointment. Forget talking to anyone in billing they never return your phone call. Overall, the office is clean, customer service is okay, I would not put doctor in my top 5.
