I did not have a good experience visiting Dr. Eli. He was very rude and had no bedside manner. I would not want to visit him again.

The worst experince I have ever had with a "doctor." His entire staff (in my opinion) are untrained individuals lacking the basic customer service skills. That said, the only thing worse than his staff was (he) himself. Very personable, but from the begininng of my visits it became clear that it was all about the money. I would not recommed Mr. Eli to my worst enemy. More importantly, after several extremely expensive visits, he provided no relief, no resolution to my health problems.

In the specific area of headaches, Dr. Eli is THE guy in this town. It's that simple. I have seen neurologists and all sorts of doctors and I've even done all the holistic stuff as well. After years of trying many different approaches, I have found one that has given my life --marred by chronic head pain -- a great deal of normalcy.
-Is EXTREMELY knowledgable about his area of practice;
-will fit you into to see him;
-works long hours, so he's there if you need him;
-nice, affable personality;
-realistic about pain and how it affects your life;
-will work with you regarding payments options;
If you are suffering from a headache or facial pain, you need to see Dr. Eli. I really don't understand how anybody could give this guy a bad review. Perhaps someone was unhappy because some of the treatments are a tad expensive, but Dr.Eli will give you as much time as you need and he really does know his stuff.

I wouldn't have rated this Dr as highly as I have If I hadn't gone through over 8 different treatments. TMJ pain stole my early teens and my 20s, but he gave me a regular life for the low cost of an orthotic and a few appointments. He gave me the highest quality splint I've ever had (trust me, you want this one).
I've been pain free after years where I accepted life at a 10. I sang opera, I ate everything I wanted, But recently I had a very unfortunate fall where my jaw hit concrete stairs as I fell down a full story. Of all the Drs I may choose from with my UCLA student insurance, I choose to go back to the Dr I know helped me, even if I go in debt.
He can fix your jaw. Unlike other people who say so, he actually will, and that is worth stretching food, maybe even temporarily changing a housing arrangement that allows you to fund it. I'm a real person who had lived with a decade of pain and then lived free from it. I expect that I will live free from pain again. Dr. Eli is a G-dsend!

Dr. Eli is a caring doctor who deals with people in chronic pain all day long with a smile on his face. His knowledge of headaches far outweighs his peers and his willingness to treat each patient as an indiviual and not lump all headache patients together is outstanding.

Dr. Eli specializes in facial / mouth pain. He is extremely well-qualified, amazingly well-educated in this specialty, and well-experienced in this area. He is straight-forward and very oriented toward getting to the root of the problem and finding effective pain control.
He's very easy to talk to and KNOWS HIS STUFF - and if anything can be done for you, it will be.
The downside is customer service. His staff is a little laid-back, somewhat disorganized, and lacks a professional communication style. I am willing to overlook that to get to Dr. Eli in the long run, and you probably will be, too.

The customer service at Dr. Eli's office is absolutely abysmal. I can't think of a worse customer service experience that I have had. I would strongly recommend that anyone seeking dental care or treatment for sleep disorder find another doctor.
