We visited her to discuss a situation with my toddler and she was extremely rude and abrassive. I became upset about the situation and she said in my face, while I was about to cry "fine. Her teeth will abscess, get infected and affect her permanent teeth." I guess she wanted to bully us into spending $2,000 with her. She then ripped the xray of the machine and said she wouldn't discuss the issue further with us and left the room. The entire interaction was less than 10 minutes during which she wouldn't allow me to ask questions or question her position on breastfeeding, which she apparently abhors. I left the office without speaking to her and heard her telling her staff all that had happened before I even got out the door! Run away from this practice unless Vingelis leaves!
About Front Desk: Somewhat helpful, except for the woman who told us we had the wrong appointment time and wouldn't be seen, even though I had a voice mail with them telling me what time we were supposed to be there. The woman then proceeded to guilt me by telling me the dentist (vingelis) had to go to lunch and they would have to see if she would allow our child to be seen. That was six months before theprevious incident and we actually opted not to be seen at that time. I wish we had stuck with that!

Don't walk, RUN to a different dentist! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS BUTCHER! She will pull you child's teeth rather than take the time to fix them. No matter what, don't let her touch your child in the hospital! We made the mistake of trusting her and don't want any child to have to go through what my son is going through because of this evil woman.
