Dr. Dawn has been treating my now 7 year old daughter since she was 3 years old or so. Dr. Dawn and her assistant are wonderful with children. The office is kid friendly, although small. Dr. Dawn has an excellent way of making your child feel less anxious. She pulled out my daughter's lose tooth without her knowing....twice. Some of the staff may seem a little cranky when you ask for help....but if you keep smiling they have no choice but to smile back! They do not take insurance, like most pediatric dentists so I have to lay out the money up front. However, they seem to work with whatever your insurance is.

My children were extemely happy about their visit with Dr, Dawn, and Kidz in the Park. The desk staff was very helpful from making my appointment to getting my insurance info figured out, (and they were very pleasant). The doctor's assistant was so welcoming and kind. The best part was when Dr. Dawn explained what she was doing not only to me but to the kids as well. She made them feel very relaxed, and unafraid. I felt she was very thorough during the exam, and cleaning. She spoke to my children, not at them, Teaching them & not lecturing either one of us! Even with one child needing a filling(no tears), the visit was a complete success!! I've heard about so many terrible experiences at other offices, that I feel like I found the right dental office for my children. The children wanted to know when they were coming back! That says a lot about the entire practice. I would highly recommend Dr. Dawn and Kidz in the Park.
