This office is full of hidden charges, after all my procedures my bill should have been paid, I paid every co payment as well as for the fifth part of my surgery but instead I own over $700 why? Because its all about the money here. No one explain billing to you prior so suprise suprise you still owe us. His service was basic nothing special because hes all about the money and every other dentist I visit mention it... I was concerend about all the charges on my credit card and he reasured me it was $360 which then change to $410 which I paid yet another bill in the mail. YOU GUYS ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, SAD BUT TRUE!! i WILL NEVER RETURN!

I have reviewed Dr. Vallins in past postings. He continues to do excellent work. Some may think his manner is brusque, but I appreciate his candor and evaluations.

About Hygienist: Samantha Make, the Hygienist in this office is excellent. She has helped to keep my gums healthy for many years. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I experienced a very aggressive push to set a gum surgery appointment with this idiot. and his staff. Never in my life had I experienced such aggressive behavior until I realized why. I had an appointment with my dental hygienist who could confirm my deep cleaning procedure...Biggest con artist and fraud clinic known to man kind. I've hired an attorney to pursuit this idiot and reported him to the New York State Office of Professional Medical Conduct....DO not waste your time!!!

Dr. Vallins performed surgery on my gums. I came to him because my previous periondontist recommended pulling 3 teeth and having implants. With Dr. Vallins work, this was not necessary. I have been very happy being a patient of his for the past 6 years.

About Hygienist: Most of my visits are with Samantha, Dr. Vallins' dental hygienist. She is a joy, both in her manner, her touch, her professionalism and her expertise. I feel I am in "good hands" when she cleans my teeth and checks to see how my gums are oing. I highly recommend her.

DR Vallins has treated me and my family for over 20 years. His treatment and professionalism has always been first class. I have had surgery and implants all of which was painless and successful. He is extremely caring and understanding financially. I highly recommend dr Vallins to anyone who wants a great doctor

My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Neal Vallins many years ago and I must say that I am extremely happy and comfortable with him. Last week I had periondontal surgery on the left upper gum and it was painless. It hardly bled at all and the thing that amazed me the most was that the surgery was over in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Vallins makes you feel at ease and he's an expert in what he does. With flying colors, i'll certainly recommend Dr. Vallins to others.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff at Dr. Vallins office is very polite, courteous and friendly. They have no problem with rescheduling appointments, and when one is due, they always call to remind you of the time and date. Also, without asking, you are always given a breakdown of your insurance costs for certain dental procedures.

About Hygienist: Samantha has been my hygienist for a few years now and she does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. She's highly skilled and very gentle in what she does. I give her five stars and would highly recommend others to her.

Dr. V. has been my perio. since 1984 when I had serious problems. Sincethat time, he has managed to keep my mouth healthy with a few small surgeries and just plain goood maintainence. His staff ishighly organized and polite. His office is well located and well run. He acepts my insurance too..(that is always good). I highly recommend him.

Dr Vallins has been a trusted professional in working with my gum treatment. Always patient and available for quesitons and follow up as necessary.

About Hygienist: Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She is able to explain how to improve one's dental hygeine in easy to use goals. She is very competent and instills trust with assisting Dr. Vallins patients.

I inherited pretty severe gum disease from my father. For 22 years Dr. Vallins has helped me deal with that burden and its potential impact on my dental and general health in a skillful, supportive, strategic and caring manner. He stays up-to-date on advances in the field, and I long ago learned to trust his advice and guidance and his ability to minimize the pain and expense of necessary care, including several surgeries, extractions and laser procedure, while conserving all the elements of a healthy mouth. Dr. Vallins has a busy practice in a central location and a modern building. His hygienists are friendly and well-trained and efficient, as are all of the office staff. It's as welcoming a place for me as a dental office can be. I recommend Dr. Vallins without any hesitation or qualification or reservation; not only have I been his patient for 22 years, I travel about 350 miles round-trip for each appointment. With my gums, my aversion to pain and his record of success, no one else will do for me.

In the long time I have been seeng Doctor Vallins for both periodontal surgery and cleanings, I have found he and his staff to be extremely competent and pleasant. I highly recommend his services and his office staff.
