I went to this facility after 2-3 year of not seeing a dentist due to not having insurance. I was a little nervous and I was not made to feel at ease by the staff or the dentist. I had a very small cavity which he insisted we needed to fill and in the process he cracked my tooth. I kept having pain and went back a few more times after this incident and that is when they discovered my cracked tooth. I can't eat on that side of my mouth and I sure don't want to go back. I also had a number of billing issues that finally got resolved a year after my appointments. I was told that my insurance wasn't covering my appointments, but when I talked with my insurance provider I was told that the reason things weren't being paid was becasue they keep submitting the same bills over again from my first couple of visits and not the bills for the subsequent visists that followed. It was a mess. I had to take time out of my schedule to try and sort this mess out. Now I'm without a dentist and I'm looking for a new one.
