They charged me $135 for a consultation and my son was not even a tough case. She spent maybe 10or 15 minutes with us? I knew I would have to pay something, but that price was outrageous!! If I would have known, I never would have taken my son there. Also not impressed with dentist's demeanor. I walked away to ask front desk th cost of an X-ray (which I refused) and she had moved on to another child. Did not even say goodbye to us or write any treatment opinions on his chart-which I found out when I paid. For that price I expected much better from the dr!! Will not be returning.

They are very expensive and try to get you to do things that are not nessesary so that they make more money. They are not very convenient,; limited office hours, office closes down for vacations etc. She always seems so busy, it's hard to really discuss anything.

Dentist will maximize charges to customers by recommending unnecessary treatments. Mueller recommended putting a crown on a baby tooth. Enforces admin fees and cancellation fees too. Add a condescending personality and you have a recipe for "a bad taste in your mouth".

The staff, dental hygienists, and Dr. Mueller are all so fabulous here. I would NEVER think of going anywhere else. I recommend Dr. Mueller's office 100 million percent!

Dr Betty and her staff are GREAT! They are so good to my kids. The treatment is alway fantastic. They have little sinks, sunglasses, monthly drawings, and video games. What else could a kid ask for.

The dentist and staff are really great. At times it was hard for me to keep up with our bill with 4 kids but the staff was great with a payment plan we could afford. The staff works well with patients of all ages. I would recommend her to anyone.
This was a great experience and eased all of my kids anxiety.

Dr. Betsy is wonderful! My son is 12 but had never had his back teeth checked out because of anxiety. Dr. Betsy took her time and gained his trust. Now he is even able to think twards braces! My other children love going to see Dr. Betsy.

Our children have been going to Dr. Mueller for 8 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and great with kids! Her staff is friendly and caring. I've never seen unhappy kids there....that's says it all!
