For our family, Dr. Tawadros bad points outweigh the good. We liked that he was very cost conscience, seemed to know dentistry well, and seemed (at first) to have a gentle disposition. However, when I asked for information to know what to expect during treatment, he told me he didn't have that information on hand as it 'was scary' for the kids. I had to research it myself. When my daughter had treatment done he didn't let her know what to expect, which caused her anxiety, and then he was impatient and rude to her because of her anxiety. Bad experience for our family.
