This place is a joke! The office waitimg room is tiny and dingey.
My son was 2 and this was his 1st visit! He was scared said ot was dark in the exam room (it was) very cramped just a ton of chairs and you can see everyone. The doctor was rude! He dosent even like kids! He got stern and angry because my son was scared and told him to be quiet! He is freaking two and he didnt even say hi or ask him his name nothing! Then told us he needed a tooth removed, needless to say his new dentist found nothing wrong and I wrote many letter to the health board and a few other places he needs to have his dental practcing lisence revoked!

GET A SECOND OPINION. for some reason he likes putting kids to sleep. He is so money hungry he will make up work so he can get more money. I went from 4 crowns and a baby root canal and having to put my kid to sleep to a second dentist who said i did not need any of this work at all im doing a good job. This place is so horrible. PLEASE if you have a small child PLEASE get a second opinion if they want to put the kid to sleep if it sounds like more work than needed.
About Front Desk: They were nice and probably use to comforting upset parents who dr gordon upset. They were the ones who tried calming me down after he waddled/fled to his office

I am about to cry writing this. My poor little 2 year old at the time has already been put under and had dental work by this MONSTER. My story is so similar to the rest of these reviews that i though i had written my review/story and forgotten so the closer i read the more i realized he is doing this to alot of other parents. my 2 year old had some discoloring on four front teeth had 5 crowns and filings. I feel so awful but when you have no where else to turn but to a pediatrician who you are suppose to trust. So when i found another spot on her tooth i had to take her back this was before i knew all of this. he said back to the hospital and back to sleep for 4 more crowns and a pulpotemy sorry for spelling. he seems to like the hospital and putting kids to sleep dont he? after he told me that i just started crying he looked at me straight in the eyes and said there was a period here where you werent brushing and afer watching you kid get put to sleep omg i brushed her teeth so much its wast funny. long story short got a second opinion and sure enough i was doing a great job and she does not need any of that work. baby root canal and not even a xray. RUN READ THIS AND RUN. please if you feel something is off get a second opinion
About Front Desk: they were nice and had to comfort probably many parents who he tore apart after he waddled to his office to hide after saying 3 year old needs a baby root canal.

I took my son in to get a couple of teeth filled. He'd been seen before we moved by another dentist who had found three tiny cavities but couldn't get us in to fill them before we had to move. Dr Gordon looked in my son's mouth very quickly and announced that he needed three crowns with pulpectomies and two fillings and that he'd have to have general anesthetic at the hospital to have it done. I couldn't believe it so paid out of pocket for an exam at another pediatric dentist who actually took some time checking out his teeth and saw three tiny cavities that she was able to fill in her office.

Very rude, impatient and TERRIBLE bedside manner with my 3 year old daughter. He recommended taking my daughter to the hospital and putting her to sleep to put a crown on her teeth! I got a second opinion and was told that a crown is not necessary for her at all. So glad I went elsewhere. I highly recommend Dr. Koren in West Chester. These men are like night and day.
