RUN AND HIDE YOUR WALLETS!!!!
I'm honestly not one to complain but when it comes to injustice I have zero tolerance. The staff is very nice and amiable, but that's about it. According to Dr. Cligher, I needed to have major dental work done. My quote came out to $3,110!! I was shocked considering I just went in for a general check-up and not an actual problem. Something didn't seem right so I asked for the treatment on paper.
I saw another Doctor for a 2nd opinion. He told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my teeth. He told me that a patient of his also had a bad experience with Dr. Cligher. He misdiagnosed him to earn more money. He wanted to refill my fills. Can you believe that? people are desperate for money!

The office staff were very friendly and treated me like family. Dr. Cligher and his assistants were very professional and considerate. They made sure I wasn't in any pain at any time.
After about 2 weeks I grinded my teeth and one veneers came off. I was so upset. When I called crying, they took me that day, and they were short handed. I thought I was gonna have to pay a lot for that one tooth, but the doctor said no, veneers are covered for broken replacemtents for one year. What a relief. I no they're very expensive. I feel so luck to have found Dr. Cligher.
I didn't pay very much for my veneers, because the Dr. had a special through Groupon and still gave me 0% for one year so I could pay it off. I get a lot of compliments on my smile. They did a get job.

Avoid this dental office. They seem nice enough (the main reason I went there), but just try making an appointment for a cleaning. They'll make the appointment, then when you come in, they'll do an exam and x-rays, recommend lots of expensive treatments, and tell you that you have to make a separate appointment for your cleaning. if you protiest and request your cleaning, they say "who are you to dictate your treatment plan?" And did I mention that they charge you a copay for your "office visit"? Totally against Deltacare's policies. Your cleanings are 100% covered. No office visit fee.
When a dentist behaves that way on your first visit, you can only imagine what they're going to try to pull down the line. Just avoid them -that's all I can say.
