Cleaning, X-rays, filling, crowns. I think he is the best. He's personable, he explains exactly why I need what I need. He's a fun guy to talk to as well. He's into cleanliness for sure. He's not the cheapest guy you could go to but when I was having some financial difficulties and went to a cheaper dentist he did some sort of filling that didn't match my tooth and that tooth looks like a zebra. You get what you pay for. I would absolutely recumbent him to anyone who need a dentist.
About Front Desk: Five star service and homemade cookies! They will text you or email you a few days before your appt. so you don't forget. VERY service oriented.
About Hygienist: I get different hygienist~whoever is in my time slot. They all seem pretty dedicated and deadly serious about teeth.

More interested in closing the deal rather than listening to clinical history and addressing patient's concerns. Workmanship is substandard; I had to go back twice to fix the same problem. Of course it was my fault for eating. Suggest concentrating on the patient rather than outfitting the office. Would not recommend this dentist.

Beautiful office - TV's in every exam room (with dvd player) for long procedures. It really helps the time pass. State of the art equipment too. Dr. Friedmen is a great dentist, he did my veneers and they are beautiful. I would definitely recommend him.

I had my veneers done several years ago from Dr. Mark Friedman in Encino. My teeth appeared gray and he told me it was from taking anitbiotics in the past.After I had the veneers done, which was extremely costly,the first thing I said when I saw them was that my teeth still looked gray. Dr, Friedman said to me "I knew you were going to think that" It is most obvious in photos and I've been depressed about my smile for years I haven't been able to come up with the funds to do it again. I called him recently to see if he could redo them for perhaps a deferred payment , but he said he doesn't do them now because he doesn't have a good lab person. That doesn't sound right.

I do not recommend this dentist to anyone expecting to be treated in a warm, professional manner. Dr. Friedman seems to focus more on his "Star Wars-like" high tech office decor, hoping it will compensate for his cold bedside manner.
