Dr. Ridgley and her staff clearly know children and treat them with "kid gloves." They took the fear away from my daughter by sitting down for a show session to get her ready for her real appointment. The staff is patient and friendly and scheduling is always easy. My daughter loves the play room and prizes.

We absolutely love Dr. Ridgley! My four children have been going here for six years now and we have had a lot of success. I do not understand that other review that says she is out of date - she has this device that detects cavities with a laser - tvs on the ceiling, very educated staff and there is no turnover bc everybody must really like to work there. The kids ask every month if they get to go see Dr Ridgley. I have recommended practically the whole school to my friends and their children and they all go see her and everybody just loves the office. The front desk is really professional and they are always on time. I hate to see bad reviews of this wonderful office since we know how great they are. We will never go anywhere else until we have too when the kids graduate to a general dentist.

MADE THE APT FOR A CRACKED TOOTH AND THE DAY OF THE APT, THEY SAID HE WOULD NOT BE SEEN WITHOUT A CLEANING FIRST. STATED NOTHING COULD BE DONE ABOUT TOOTH EVEN THOUGH HE WAS IN PAIN. WENT TO ANOTHER DENTIST, FIXED THE SAME DAY. SEEMS OUT OF DATE WITH NEW TECHNIQUES. NOT A RELAXED ENVIRONMENT.

All four of my children came to this practice from another local practice where we had been treated poorly. We have been extremely pleased with the doctor and her staff - they even got my VERY shy 4 year old to let them clean his teeth! My 13 year old asked, in trepidation, if she has to switch dentists when she turns 18. The middle daughter has problem teeth, but has been more relaxed about having them filled in this office. Everyone loves it there and nobody argues about going every six months.

Very nice office. Dr. Ridgley and her staff are so great! The front desk is very professional - there is never a surprise on the bill. My kids love the play area - there is a lot of room in the waiting room. The hygienist is very helpful and the assistants are all very nice. We love going!

A great office to take my kids to. Always clean, reception staff is great and the back office staff all have their special way of making kids feel calm. Dr. Ridgley is very calm with the children and my daughters always leave happy. Prizes for the visits and a great play room!
