The overall dental fees are outrageous! My mistake was not to ask what they charge for each procedure. My child was hurt with the syringe and her gum was in pain for a week . This is not a dentist for a small child my daughter is only 5 years old and she didn't complain at first but she was trying to be brave.

I took my 2 year old for her first dental visit and I was extremely please with Dr. Troll and his staff. They were extremely gentle and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Troll to anyone in the Newtown area.

What can I say OVERCHARGE,OVERCHARGE, I have had several friends leave this dentist also because of OUTRAGOUS copays. The Office staff is pushy and rude! I'm a very easy going person but this staff is RUDE! I asked them to not use certain fillings that our insurance does not cover and everytime they would use them anyway and make us pay over 200.00 for a baby tooth filling.

Dr. Troll has been treating my four kids for 5 years now and we have been extremely happy with his wonderful treatment. His staff is also always a pleasure to visit. I would reccomend his office to everyone.
