Dr Reifman is fantastic! He seems to have all the latest equipment, and really seems to care about providing the best service to his patients. He is very friendly and easygoing, and doesn't push the cosmetic services (something that had annoyed me about other dentists, who seemed to be on the hard sell all the time). He offers something once and if you say no thanks, then he lets it go. The procedures I have had done have been top-quality and pain free. The office staff are also very genuinely friendly and helpful.
About Hygienist: Jodi is very gentle and caring, and does a great job. She doesn't guilt me about any shortcomings in my dental routine either. Very booked up though, hard to get an appointment without booking far ahead.

I love this dentist! I refer all my friends & family who just love him too. He is extremely gentle. He does not make you feel guilty for not having seen a dentist in years. He works at your pace & doesnt force you to do any procedure you are not ready for.
About Hygienist: Jody is very gentle & thorough.

Reifman himself is good, but his staff is rude and incompetent. Have to wait forever to get on the waitlist for teeth cleaning. Lost appointments and an attitude.

The office itself isn't anything out of the ordinary and the building itself is a little dated but the staff is excellent. The front office staff are very friendly, the hygenist is the best I've met and the dentist himself is eager to help his patients. Dr. Reifman seems to truly enjoy being a dentist and it shows in the technology he employs and the care he gives his patients.

Dr. Reifman is the best! I am deathly afraid of going to the dentist and hadn't been in years because of this. After having pain I couldn't avoid, I luckily found him online. Both he and his office staff were very accomodating to my fears. I no longer am afraid of bi-annual visits because of him. I don't think I would go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

He charged $190 for x-rays, an exam, and to temporarily recement a crown onto a tooth that he said I would have to have pulled and replaced with a bridge or an implant. As it turns out, I do not need to have the tooth pulled. He also insisted on speaking to my internist rather than believing what I said about which antibiotics I'm allergic to and which ones I can take, something I've kept track of all my life. Lastly, I was required to apply for special dental credit in the amount of $4,000 to cover the work he said he needed to do before scheduling an appointment -- something I had no intention of doing :-)-- rather than the normal way of paying as I go. I left there very unhappy. The next mornng I called to request my x-rays because I need them right away, but they didn't arrive. I called to see what happened but got a recording and no return call. I was worried that I'd have to have a second set of x-rays taken; so I stopped payment on my check and will issue one again as soon as I receive the x-rays if they get here sometime soon. It's not like they trust me; so why should I trust them? People can charge whatever they want, but $190 seemed really high to me and to the couple of friends that I asked about this
