Hi, my 4 year old daugther got 2 crowns put on by Dr. Moore in March 2010, last week (Oct 21st 2010) one of them popped off. We took her and the fully intact crown into his office, we were there at total of 5 mins from the time we walked in the door, it took him about 30 seconds to put more glue on it and stick it back in her mouth. We were charged 85.00! I will not be back to this office, which is a shame b/c i did like them, but I was completely floored that someone would charge that much to glue something back into your mouth, especially when he is the dentist that applied them only 7 months ago.and we had just been into his office the week prior and paid 130.00 for a 10 minutie cleaning, so I don't think it was too much to ask for him to "waive" the 85.00 charge to stick some glue back on it.
