My son loves going to the dentist even after getting caps for his cavities, Dr Lloyd and his staff are very personable and make the experience great for the parents and the children.

My daughter had a tooth bonded yesterday at Dr. Lloyd's office and it was great. The outcome is AMAZING! I would highly recommend his services and his team. Cindy, office team member, was incredible! Something that I will NEVER forget!

Dr. Lloyd's office is very nice. The staff is quite friendly, which sadly seems to be a rare thing these days. Dr. Lloyd himself is ok-nothing great, but nothing bad. They make the parents wait in the waiting room-no matter what. I'm not thrilled about that, but luckily my young son does ok. At the end of the appointment, they bring the parent(s) back to let them talk to Dr. Lloyd for very few moments at that time. I was turned off one time by the fact that I asked him if the x-rays were ok. Now mind you, he had JUST seen my son. His response was, "I see so many xrays I'm not sure, but I think everything was ok.". Not very reassuring to me, yet I keep going back. All in all he's ok and I feel like my son is getting good care.

During a previous cleaning I was told by Dr. Lloyd that neither my daughter nor son had any cavities. A few months later my daughter began complaining that her tooth hurt when she ate. I took her back to Dr. Lloyd and was told she needed a root canal because she had an abscess tooth. The staff questioned why I didn't act on the 'Action Plan' I was given during her previous visit since the dentist found a cavity. Knowing that I have to sing this from previous visits I asked to see it KNOWING I was told neither had a cavity. Of course they couldn't find it and while they admitted I should have been told she needed a filling, I received NO aplogy, nothing! Just that since it wasn't taken care of NOW it's an abscessed tooth and that is going to cost $$$$. My daughter was in pain so of course I had to have it fixed immediately. I will not take either child there again. My daughter's health and pain was of little consequence to the staff and who absorbed the cost difference between a filing and a root canal, of course I did!

After taking my 7 year old to Dr. Lloyd every 6months for years with "no problems"; I had to switch to an adult dentist because of my insurances rules on age.
The new dentist took xrays and told me 2 molars would have to have root canals and crowns because of decay and I should have taken him to the dentists when he was younger -he assumed he had never been to a dentist before since no dentist would have let his teeth get in such bad shape. The new dentist was not looking for work and in fact recommended a specialist to do such drastic work on a 7 year old. In my opinion Dr. Lloyd is shuttling kids through his office and billing insurance without providing any real care.

My girls have been treating with Dr Lloyd for many years and we have received nothing but exceptional care from him and his staff. I have a 17 yr old and she is going to miss him when she has to move to an adult dentist.

My son and I came in for our routine cleaning. The place was clean and appealing. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Dentist was nice and made you feel comfortable. They did a great job cleaning and wonderful service.

Dr. Lloyd's chair side manner is very poor not only with my child but my wife. He acted as if it was an inconvenience to have us in his office. Definitely would not recommend him to anyone else.

Dr. Lloyd's office and staff make the kids enjoy their visits there. We have had no problems with him.
