I had Dr. Yafai as my oral surgeon today to remove 3 wisdom teeth at the Green Dental location in Sherman Oaks. I was so nervous about the procedure and they took every precaution and explained everything to me beforehand to make me feel as comfortable as possible.
I felt so comfortable in the office and with all of the precautions they took with me before (giving me nitrous oxide, using a topical gel before putting the needle in, etc.) I didn't feel a thing!
I also did not have insurance, which in any oral surgery case, will be pricey. But with Dr. Yafai. he was able to work with me a bit and though it's not the cheapest place you could go to, he was definitely not the most expensive, and for the price I paid, to be able to trust and feel comfortable with the person monitoring you and performing oral surgery, it was well worth paying a bit extra than finding the cheapest guy on the block.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Yafai for any procedure you need done. He has wonderful bedside manner, and I feel well enough to write this review after leaving the office only 6 hours ago!!
Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Yafai.
His assistant was just as amazing!!!
