Office wait time was ridiculous! The office staff was condescending and rude. Dr. Escue didn't spend a lot of time with my son. They treat a lot of Medicaid folks, so if you have insurance you will be disappointed in the service.

Dr. Escue is wonderful, however his office staff is HORRIBLE! The wait time was over 1 hour, they made 6 phone calls to my house to confirm the appointment on the same day (and hung up on my machine 4 times.) They were rushed, unfriendly, and concerned about payment only. If it was not for Dr. Escue's warmth and kindness, we would have left this office and found someone new.

My daughter had crowns put on her teeth. The only bad thing to say is that this office only offers SS crowns. I prefer the white crowns and have had to look elsewhere. Otherwise, this place is great. My daughter loves it.

Dr. Escue has been very good with my 2 boys ages 5 and 9.
My boys like it because he is very nice and they usually do not
wait in the waiting room for very long.
What they do get to do is go back to the back and play video games while they wait for their turn. This helps to calm them down while they wait.
Dr. Escue has done a good job in my experience.

Great Dentist! He has seen my children for 9 years, my son is now 18 and refuses to switch to a general dentist! Office is very kid friendly.

Not pleased with a few staff members.... Wait time is too long. Certain staffing is rude and management is not understanding of patient needs.The Dr. was nice, the environment is kid friendly, and other staff very professional, but it only takes one to ruin a dental experience. Will not be returning.

Although my husband was a former patient of Dr. Escue growing up, I will not bring my children back to this office. After a two-hour wait, I was informed of the general oral examination perfomed but not the teeth cleaning part (which was one of the purpose of the visit). Since parents aren't allow in the exam room, I was not awared that the kids had not even had their teeth cleaned. When I finally spoke to the hygienist, she said they had been playing video games while waiting to be seen by one of the clinic staff. The dental hygienist was friendly to the children and they had a good experience at the visit but two hours were way too long for just a consult. May be this office should schedule less patients in order to give the appropiate amount of time and attention to each child.

My daughter had all kinds of dental issues and every dentist I took her to wanted to put her under IV sedation. Not is it scary, but it's also realllly expensive. Dr. Escue did the job with oral sedation, with 2 visits. She is 3 so you can imagine the moving around! But he took great care of her as well as the nurses, who are equally awesome. She is doing great so far. I recommend this dentist highly if you have a child that needs alot of work.I drive from Katy(45)min. to see him.

we have seen dr escue since my children where 1 and their now 5 the best pedi dentist in town will recommend him to any child no one is afraid to see this dentist
