My little girl had a previous tramatic experience at another dental office. Dr. Gaw was very friendly and gain her trust. He was caring and did everything possible to ease her aniexty. She had a crown and filling done and was happy when it was done. She said "He is a good dentist and didn't hurt me, I like him". This meant a lot to me since before she was crying and feared the worse. I also felt confident that my baby is in good and experienced hands. Thank you Dr. Gaw!
About Front Desk: 5 STARS! The staff was super friendly and worked with my insurance company.

I love Dr Gaw and his staff.I moved to Houston a few yrs ago and was recommended to his office by a friend.I loved the way the front desk helped me with all the forms and how Dr.Gaw made my little girl feel comfortable.

first of all the people there are all rude!! especially dr gaw and the manager who by the way was wearing flip flops with her scrubs! my son had to have a crown that fell out put back in he is2 yrs old and bc he was scared like any child would be dr gaw would let me be in the room which i understand if you tell me in a polite way but he was rude stating "I AM THE DENTIST I MAKE THE DECISION ITS NOT YOUR TO MAKE.." when i asked if i could stay in the room because i was not okay with them putting the blue body strap on my son they were rude and ugly i started crying and they didnt care!! i can say i HATE these people for the way they treated us today
no start rating at all please dont go there plus the people are not freindly and dr gaw is awesome and faking how good and freindly he is with the kids he has no patience and the place only had one toy in the waiting area not kid freindly at all!!!

I first went to Castle Dental and hated it! The dentist didn't even care that my child was ballin. I went to Dr. Gaw's office and I loved it from the very first visit. My child didn't even cry. I've been going there ever since.

The Dr is great! The staff I have a problem with. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my childs cost in procedures. I have called numerous times, and keep getting the awnser of," Waiting on the insurance, and maybe I should call them." I don't believe that I should have to do that, I believe from a customer stand point, they should take the extra step to do such things.

Dr. Gaw has always gone out of his way to make my children at ease before thier dental procedures.

The dentist is great. My only complaint is with scheduling and very long waits to get in. Waiting an hour past appointment time is not uncommon.

The dentist and office staff are efficient and excellent. He provided me with all information needed at all points in our visits. I have never had a problem with his professional work, nor with the administrative apsects of his office. He is older and experienced, yet still dedicated and motivated to providing quality work. I would recommend him highly to others.
